Panera Bread - VALHALLA

Service was terrible! Unorganized, no one knew where to stand. People were waiting for their food all over the establishment. The lady who took our order was quite rude to us and the lady before us. She yelled across the place that the lady owed her 4 cents when she had paid her bill with her credit card already. I ordered a hot chocolate and it was disgusting! Didn't even drink it, ended up throwing it away and then threw up on the way home. I definitely think the milk was sour. Something was sour or bad at least... My friend ordered a caramel coffee I think and she also had a really bad stomach ache. I think I'll check out the hospital cafeteria next time. It'll probably be cheaper too! Pretty disappointed in this Panera. I've never had a bad experience at a Panera ever!

I had a very delicious and filling bowl of oatmeal. After 3 weeks of rehab facility food, this was a happy moment. Lovely combination of fruits, spices and quality!!! Oatmeal. Much appreciated and highly recommended if you’ve been on the ‘inside’ for awhile!There are some concerns noted about prices. I’ve been abroad for 22 years so everything seems expensive! I wonder if Panera might consider allocating some of its profits from this location I imagine it is a very profitable location) to WMC charities.

Nice place, good variety and the bread is awesome, bought a loaf and made some super French toast!

This Panera Bread restaurant is located inside the Westchester Medical Center, but it doesn't have a hospital vibe. The food is delicious, and the self ordering menu is clear and simple. The place is very clean and organized. The waiting time is minimal, and they have plenty of tables and chairs right by the lobby and outdoors.

Orher locations allow you to order a slice of avocado with a bagel because they have no dairy free options on the menu. This location said they would only do it if i paid for s $12 sandwich. They wouldn't actually be making or selling the sandwich, they just would charge me. The manager offered to reduce the price to a half-sandwich. Meanwhile, they charge $1.75 to add avocado to their salads.
