Was out with friends in the SCV and had a craving for Filipino food. We happened to come across this hidden gem and were not disappointed. The menu is full of traditional Filipino cuisine, with none of the fusion dishes that some other restaurants push out. We ordered the Shanghai Lumpia, Sisig, Palabok, Fried Chicken, Chicken Adobo and Garlic Fried rice. Each dish was served family style (definitely a large serving! . Every dish was prepared to perfection. All of dishes were very flavorful and definitely reminded me of my mom 's cooking. We finished our meal with the Halo-Halo. This also did not disappoint. It was served in a bowl, not a cup and contained the perfect amount of ingredients. I enjoyed this meal so much, I brought my family back a few weeks later and the Pink Salt Grill did not disappoint! My family enjoyed the food as much as I did the first time. We ordered the Lumpia Shanghai, Nllaga, Shrimp Sinigang, Beef Steak, Pork Skewers and steamed rice and of course finished with the Halo-halo! Last but not least, the service was EXCELLENT! I had the same server for both meals and she was super friendly and helpful. If you 've ever eaten at a Filipino restaurant, service can be hit and miss...mostly miss lol.
