Pizza Hut - Valdosta

The staff at Pizza Hut was very professional when I placed my order over the phone. There was plenty of parking in the lot, and the carryout facility was clean and small. The customer service during pickup was very friendly and polite. When I arrived, my pizza was ready and looked great. There were no issues with paying by credit card. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience, but I felt that the pizza could have been cheesier and the vegetables fresher. Despite this, I would visit again and let them know my feedback.

I ordered wings and they were cooked perfectly. The customer service was amazing, especially from Haley who was very polite and respectful. I would highly recommend this location; it's the best one I have been to thus far.

The staff at this Pizza Hut location are very friendly and efficient. They always have our order ready on time and it is always correct. The temperature of the pizza and wings is always perfect. We have ordered from here many times and have never had any issues. A big shout out to all the staff for their hard work. Thank you and keep up the great work!

I ordered the delivery pizza since I covid and from any reason the order was changed to get after my money. I never order picking up, even without being sick. I have to deal with people. I had to find someone to pick it up for me half an hour. no one called and I couldn't get pizza hat staff despite an hour call numbers vary from location to company. if my money had not been removed from my account, I would have let it go. However, I was always notified that my order was ready for me to pick up with comical fireworks that their moronic message about their equally vapid app. I guess I'm going to like a few of overworked friends so my kids can eat.
