Ramen 101 - Vacaville

Both ramen were absolutely delicious! So glad to have discovered Ramen 101. Quickly becoming my favorite place to eat!

Loved the unagi rice bowl, chicken karage and the grilled squid. Look forward to ordering from here again soon

I feel like I should mention that the Chicken Rice bowl is exactly what it says not how it looks. My bowl came with two pieces of crisp-steamed broccoli and some steamed cabbage with quite a bit of tasty, sauced chicken over pleasantly soft white rice. Like the kinda rice that feels almost creamy and holds together without being sticky. I didn't expect it to be so good LOL I can also feasibly order the Chicken Rice when I'm home alone since it's only $12. Wish they sold drinks but I believe they only sell water in store so I'm not sure they even have the equipment to facilitate any/more drink options.

Had the Tonkatsu spicy medium.... not enough broth and definitely not spicy.

Thats some good Chicken Ramen yum!
