Krispy Kreme - Utah

My nephew and I went there on Monday and the staff was so great. I had a kid and two dogs and we were a bit chaotic, but the woman there was amazing and so kind. It was much appreciated.

I'm constantly having problems with this location, they close at random intervals and the whole store when they should be open. They are always out of everything as if they don't wanna do any work and the quality is god awful.

This location is the worst I've ever been to. Today I went there only to use a gift card that I received for Christmas, and there was a sign taped to the speaker at the drive through saying “gift cards not working until further notice“ mind you I have been waiting in line only to see this with cars in front and in back of me. I inquired about the gift card problem, and they said they had no idea when or if they would ever work. Said they can't refund a gift card at this location. Decided to ju … – show

I'm very disappointed in this location. I went in for donuts today and when I got I home I realized they were not fresh at all. Taste like they were made 2—3 days ago also the phone line is always busy and you will never be able to get thru. I'm calling corporate in the morning. They should just close the location if they can't deliver the quality that I paid for.

I ordered online and get to the store and the store is close. There service is awful. Trying to get a refund.
