The prices were surprisingly high (the bacon burger combo costs $13), especially considering that you can find much better quality and larger portions at independent burger places. The burger itself is quite small. The only reason to come to this restaurant chain is for the chili, which is excellent. Also, keep in mind that adding cheese and onions comes with an additional charge of $0.90.
I went back to the restaurant and showed the employee who handed me the food my receipt, explaining that I was missing four items. He responded, "So, only three?" I had to point out exactly what was missing. Another customer came in behind me, also complaining about missing food. The worker seemed out of it and didn't seem to grasp the situation. All I wanted was a quick and easy dinner, not one that was cold. Next time, I think I'll choose a different Wendy's location.
New pricing is insane. $3.19 for a Jr Bacon Cheseburger that was cold. I'll stick to in-n-out for my burger cravings. $13.85 for that burger, two 6 packs of nuggets and a lg fry.
Our family has visited this Wendy's since it opened every couple of weeks. We typically order the same thing every time ...Three Dave singles, no ketchup no mustard no mayo no cheese with three fries. It's $30 every time. Today we drove through and I was charged $36.34. I asked the girl at the window if the price had gone up and she said yes. I said wow $36.34 for three Dave's single burgers and three fries! When I got home and looked at my receipt I realized she had over charged me an extra $5.89 for an extra burger with cheese! Our fries were cold and soggy. Our burgers were also cold. I went back personally to ask for my money back and the manager on staff Armando Alejandro refused to give me my money back. He didn't even want to give me the money back that I was overcharged, He wanted to replace it with food. When I said no, he became a little agitated and decided he wasn't even going to give me the fresh food unless I returned the old soggy food that was in the trash! I explained to him that was a huge inconvenience. I wasn't out to get anything for free. I'm a business owner of 34 years! This is horrible customer service! I will never visit this Wendy's again or any other Wendy's.
