Waba Grill - Upland

You overcook your chicken, steak and rice. Please stop doing this... so dry and tasteless. Not the Waba appeal I remember. I have no reason to order again.

I don't know why I gave this place another attempt today they forgot to supplement the bowls with green onions, only incase I ask for some on the side .. they just give me a little as if they were afraid to go out, but I haven't asked since I thought the bowls had something, and bowls were cold, which was the worst part of it.

Cold Waba, yum yum yum. The staff is best slept. Ordered for pick-up tonight. I came to the store, called after board pickup, and was informed that my order was delivery, not pickup, and the food was not in the store. Drove in my house to find no food. I called the store, and an employee told me that the food was on the table waiting for pickup. Drove back to the store asked why I was told that the food was for delivery when I called earlier. Various employees told me I was wrong that I was told that the food was in there and I should have come in after I was told that it wasn't there. SERIOUSLY! Best, probable liar. A star for cold fat mucous membranes Waba for dinner.

I am not a local guide, so I will not be paid, supported or sponsored. My assessment is my own opinion and it is legitimate. Dining tables were dirty with other customers food and what it seems like someone footprints on more than one table. The remaining room was overwhelming with bleaching agent perhaps to cover the uringeruch. I don't recommend the store until the improvement is done.

Unfortunately the Upland Waba restaurant in my view needs supervision and help. We have been going to Waba grills since their opening. Our order was wrong ,not following request such as wrong rice, not putting sauces on the side, no salad dressing, no soy sauce etc. Also staff need patience, seem overwhelmed? We won't return to Upland. Waba, Will go to Ontario Waba. Is there an attitude higher up in this location since we have had better service in other Waba locations for years!
