The Olde Magnolia Tea Room - Upland

I had a lovely time at the Olde Magnolia Tea Room! Terry was so helpful in finding a last minute booking that fit my schedule and the afternoon tea was just perfect with several finger sandwiches, desserts, and a wonderful pot of fresh tea. I hope to come back in the future!

I went at the end of their Christmas Decorations and Teas.But FANTASTIC!Although you need a reservation, which can be difficult, it 's always worth going here.There aren 't any expectations of how you should do things, but the servers will help you out if you ask (no judgement).They also have their own honey!Highly recommend every one try it out at least once.

The Olde Magnolia Tea House is located in downtown Upland. You cannot walk in and get a table. Go to their website and request for a reservation first for a date and ensure you get a confirmation either via email or a phone call back. It's also a fun place to have a bridal shower or celebrate a special occasion. They have both outdoor and indoor seating and you can request your preference when they confirm your reservation. Note they have a 2 hour dining limit.My husband and I dined at a the Farm Cottage in Rancho Cucamonga back in December 2016 prior to them changing their name and relocating to Upland.We were hoping it would be as good as we remembered. Their new location is awesome with the brick exterior and all the detailed decor they have. We got the Christmas Afternoon Tea which came with a pot of tea each for us to start with. Then came soup and salad which was absolutely delicious. Then after that the scones and trays of sandwiches and desserts.My mom, sister and I recently went to afternoon tea at another tea place but the meal my husband and I had here definitely blew the other one out of the water. I'll have to bring my mom and sister here one day.The prices for afternoon tea are comparable at all the tea places I've been to in the past and I feel the quality you're getting here is worth it. Surprisingly my husband enjoyed it so much that he told me he would come with me again. He absolutely loved the scone (and he normally doesn't like scones). I already have our next reservation confirmed lol.
