Wendy's - Uhrichsville

This Wendy's is ridiculous. My mom ordered a potato. There was no fork in the bag so I told the gentleman at the window there wasn't a fork. He said there is a fork. Then made me empty out the bag to prove there was no fork. The manager standing right there I don't understand. Is there like a plastic fork shortage?. There also was no napkins in the bag which I figured out after I left. It wasn't like they were busy. There was literally no one in the Drive-Thru or in the parking lot.

This is my third and last visit. Every time I show up the chili is not ready or is awful. Wendy's used to be my favorite place but nobody goes by days recipes or service anymore. I'll spend my money elsewhere. Don't waste your time going here the Chili's never done and was undercooked the last time I did get a cup. I knew once Dave died this place would go under and it is!

This restaurant chain was clean. The employees were very nice and patient. I would recommend!

It's like pulling teeth trying to get service in the evenings. Service is terrible and orders are generally screwed up. Definitely one of the worst locations in the area.

Very long line at the drive thru, as usual; 30+ minutes. Ordered (2) 10 piece nugget meals for my kids…cashier asked what sauce, I told her and when I got home they DID NOT include any sauces. I don’t know why I count on people being able to do their jobs.
