Pine View Hotel & Restaurant - Udhampur

This is one of the top hotels in Udhampur. It is affordable and highly recommended for those traveling to Kashmir or Patnitop.

During our trip from Jammu to Patnitop, we stumbled upon a JK Tourism Development Corporation approved restaurant on the autobahn. We were hoping for a decent meal but were disappointed with the terrible taste of the food. The washrooms were filthy, resembling a dumping site. It is puzzling how this establishment received JKTDC approval.

Hotel Pineview is the sole restaurant on the road to Patnitop from Udhampur. It is located on the right side of the highway as you head towards Patnitop. The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious.

We were looking for a decent place for lunch while traveling from Jammu to Patnitop, and bang on highway we came across this OK looking JKTDC approved Restaurant.We expected of some decent meal if not a delicious one, BUT I can only say, terrible food, what ever you order you will get same terrible taste.Filthy washrooms, like you were urinating at a dumping siteI wonder how this place got JKTDC approval.

Hotel Pineview is the only restaurant on way to Patnitop from Udhampur. It is on the right hand side of the highway when you travel towards Patnitop. The food here is tasty.
