Best buffet in Idaho Falls. Food: This place has a great selection, and they are not afraid to serve spicy dishes. I have experienced times when the items were not replaced when out, but these moments don't happen often. My only complaint about the food is that it is barely warm.Service: The service has been consistently good. I have found that getting refills on water is sometimes overlooked.Ambiance: I have never been the only one in the restaurant, but they have enough seating to avoid the cramped feeling. The music they play is the same they have been playing for the last ten years. Someone should buy them a new CD.Cleanliness: They keep the dining area and bathrooms clean.Price: This price is good for the variety of food choices and taste. A while back, they began charging for pops, so I have converted to water.Overall: Despite the minor drawbacks I have mentioned, I eat here regularly and enjoy the food. I make no claims to the authenticity of the dishes, however, because I have never been to China. I will note that when a bus of Korean tourists shows up, this restaurant puts out dishes I have never seen in my life.

This is the best Chinese buffet I have ever been to. Huge selection. They even have sushi and mongolian. The sushi is simple so don't expect a dragon roll or anything. To the woman who complained about the waiter...he told my wife she should drink water instead of the soda she was drinking with her pills. I think her had her best intentions in mind...if you have been anywhere else in the world and experienced other culture besides the Mormon culture you should get over it.

Verland. The evergreen buffet is a great place to eat alone or with friends I found all the waiters very good and all the dishes are great and so many that if you will find a great dineing experience I and 92 others love the china buffet

It's a buffet so you don't expect quality of food to be that good, but the quality was either average or really good food, some of the food was cold but that's expected at a buffet, overall good experience
