I think the flame brother is a good idea. However, 90% of those I attend are dirty and messy, and the food is rarely freshly prepared. Maybe I should expect that for $9, not quite sure. But it's been years since I had a dish that wasn't overcooked and that was hot when I got it, or a day I left and didn't complain about giving too much sauce away. Great place. It didn't seem so busy that we were fast. The food was nice and hot. Sauces u can be on the side, if necessary.
