The Rye Bakery - TUNBRIDGE WELLS

I'm disappointed to write this review as I used to be a fan of this restaurant. However, since they raised their prices, the quality has decreased. The food was a bit greasy and overcooked. Sorry.

I often stop by this bakery on my way home from my early morning run to pick up a loaf of bread. I love that I can get it thinly sliced, allowing the sandwich filling to shine. The staff here are always friendly, helpful, and cheerful, making every visit a pleasure. The bread is always fresh and delicious. I also can't resist indulging in their tasty treats, like their flapjacks, which are generous in size and incredibly delicious. I started coming here during lockdown and now I wouldn't go anywhere else. Overall, it's a fantastic village shop.

The bread at this restaurant is fantastic and the cakes are delicious. The service is top-notch and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. I will definitely be visiting again soon.

Lovely bakery, always nice and fresh, the bread is great, and the cakes and pies are good too, you can also get a coffee, if you want.

All their food is bang, love the 4.50 speckrolle, always hot, always fast and always fills them up, rolls and cheese and speck sales 100% recommended
