Second time I placed the order and the driver came 20 minutes early so I wasn't home, and refused to wait the five minutes until I was home. I'm done with this business
I worked for every pizza delivery in Tulsa and can say that - this Pappa Johns site treats their employees best and has the best management. What customers do not recognize is that behind the scenes, people work the hardest to maintain a constantly growing demand. This place has extensive knowledge and experience with the Busines, but not only has take-out become more common, outside companies like Grubhub and the like have made things much more complicated. Put this alongside TU and college students who do not know their address and it is almost impossible for efficiency when it comes to delivery. -Past delivery driver
When we realized that the new papadilla Philly Steak came with ranch sauce... we called the shop and offered without hesit and DID remake it without the ranch sauce!!! The driver was very polite and our order came right and hot!!! Thanks for the excellent customer service yall rock!!!
The third and last time I will order from Papa John’s. The estimated delivery time is never even close when it is actually delivered. This time I was quoted for 28 minutes and it took twice as much. We had to be somewhere and couldn't even wait for the food we ordered because of the misquod time. When I tried to call the store, the phone was on the hook for an hour. Horribler customer service. I'm staying at the other 3 pizza places that deliver here.
This location will not honor promo codes. After placing an order online the final total was $0.00. I got to the store and they refused to give me my order without charging me. The store blamed it on a glitch/scam in the online ordering process. Bait and switch tactics here.
