Sonic Drive-in - Tulare

I’ve gone to sonic quite a few times before today, and usually it was a good experience, good food, good service. But today I went through the drive thru for lunch and it was just awful. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, a regular cheeseburger, and a hot dog. They gave me a double bacon cheeseburger with no cheese or bacon, a cheeseburger with no cheese, and chicken tenders. I also ordered these as combo meals, so I got 3 drinks, but no straws. The worker gave me a hot dog and straws after I asked, but the hotdog was cold. I was sitting at the window for almost 20 minutes. I would’ve got the burgers corrected, but I didn’t notice until I had already gotten home. Overall I like Sonic, but that worker was awful.

When I was at the order window I looked through the window and I saw cockroaches on the soda machine never again.

I was absolutely disgusted to find a roach in my drink from Sonic Drive-In. Not only did this ruin my meal, but it also made me question the cleanliness and hygiene standards at this establishment. This is completely unacceptable, and I will not be returning. I urge others to be cautious when visiting this location.

Good service but found an extra with my drink (roach!! ?? so sad since I buy my ice here weekly.

Ordered a Chili Coney Dog. And barely no chili on it. NOT cool. Plus the french fries tasted like they were left overs from yesterday. Oh...?...that was HUGE no bueno right there! ? And the fact that I had to wait 15 minutes to receive this order. And told that my food was going to be fresh . ? Definitely not! Don 't know what 's going with this Sonic location here in Tulare, CA. They use to be so good. Well...5 years ago really.
