Chipotle Mexican Grill - Tucson

I've been let down ever since my first visit, but I decided to give it another shot, and it continued to disappoint. I ordered through Grubhub, and each bowl cost $12. When we opened the containers, I couldn't believe it—I thought, is this really all we get? We paid $12 for each bowl, and they weren't even filled to the brim. I also specifically asked for everything on the side, but they ignored that request, likely to avoid filling the bowls properly. I'm just thankful I was able to get a refund from Grubhub. I will definitely not be coming back.

If you enjoy Chipotle, this is the place to visit in Tucson. The staff is fantastic—extremely friendly and they clearly have a great time at work, which creates a positive atmosphere for customers. It feels like dining at a friend’s home. The restaurant is always exceptionally clean, and the food is fresh and tasty. And don't even get me started on the guacamole—it's amazing!

I don't often give five-star reviews, but this Chipotle location definitely deserves it. There's a manager there who has been working for years and is incredibly friendly. He seems fair, hardworking, and sets a great example for the rest of the staff. I've hardly ever encountered any issues with my food, and even though they're always busy when I visit, they manage to keep things running smoothly. I also love the vegetarian options they offer. Overall, it's a fantastic spot and I highly recommend it!

I know Chipotle has had some bad press the past few years (some of it well deserved even), but honestly, the food is good and you get a dang big portion for the money. The workers here have, for the most part, always been friendly and provide good service. I really like the place.

Always a easy in and easy out quick fast efficient lots of options, this is actually my favorite Chipotle and I have one closer to my house and I go out of my way to go to this one because well they're nicer
