Chipotle Mexican Grill - Tucson

It didn't seem very fresh. Portions are much smaller than I remember. the pollo asado is more like shredded chicken with a whole amount of spicy in it. it's not really pollo asado. either that or they have my command completely wrong.

The crew here is fantastic. they were muddled right before closing and they treated it with extreme efficiency and a wonderful setting, even if there were some rude and slow customers. the food was wonderful and had some of the best chips (not soggy and had great taste) and eat that we have ever got.

This chipotle is by far the best in tucson. the personal is very nice, they always give them as much as they want and when they order, they always make sure that the customer will be satisfied with the order. I live far from this chipotle, but I always go here because it's worth it!

Can I start by saying Wow on the impressive fast delivery … 11 bowls ordered and were delivered in 30 minutes that’s spectacular. The low rating comes from that most of the food was not even edible. The amount of salt Poured into every part of that food could have preserved a mummy for thousands of years

Won 't do that again....I ordered online to speed things up because I needed to get back to work. Food (1 bowl) was supposed to be ready at 1:40 pm. I showed up at 1:45 thinking I would just walk up to the online order stand and find my order...nope. 10 minutes later I get my food. I would have gotten it faster waiting in line. Oh! and I didn 't even get any napkins in my bag!? Not beating them up but the process is in need of attention. I 'll wait in line next time or go somewhere else. Update one week later...walked in and waited in line at 12:30 pm and I had no wait or problem getting my food but I did notice a lady standing off to the side getting a little miffed waiting for what was??..YOU GUESSED it...A ONLINE ORDER. The cashier apologized to her and she was polite but the process is obviously broken.
