Mcalister's Deli - Troy

Put in the order online and still wasn't right. Potatoes in the soup were not fully cooked. BBQ potatoes asked for sour cream and no green onions neither request was done. Food was overall disappointing and very lacking especially for the price.

Don't be in a hurry to go and eat here. The staff practically ignored us at every turn. At first, I thought they only had 2 employees working so I had sympathy, but it turns out there were more working in the back. They apparently could only work on one order at the time. We ordered our food at 1:05, and did not receive our food until 1:50. Seems a little too long for this place. Have enjoyed other McAlisters, but I would steer clear of this one.

Great food and great customer service!! They went out of their way to please. I ordered online but it was someplace they didn 't use anymore. They honored it. I wanted to add a couple of drinks and was going to pay but they said, No, that 's ok . Love it!!

The front register workers are just not all there. Obviously would like to be somewhere else. The cook in the back had to

Service was superb! Was greeted at my table by the manager and she also went out her way to grab me a cucumber from the back for my water. Food was very flavorful and delicious.
