Carol's Place - Troy

There was only 1 waitress when my mom and I came to eat here. So there was quite a bit of a wait; however the 1 waitress there was working very hard and doing her best so I commend her for her pleasant demeanor through the entire time we were there.I had a veggie omelet. It was edible but nothing to write home about. The home fries were not even room temperature but COLD. I think I would only come back here if it was the only option available.

There was only one waitress on for the whole place. I was told this is the norm. Food was great. I sat at the counter and talked with people also at the counter. Service was a little slow, but I had nowhere else to go. Parking: There are about six parking spaces in front of the business. On the side of the building there are parking spots but the road slope is steep. I parked across the road in a free parking lot, but the road is quite busy.

Simple and decent food. Peaceful and nice atmosphere . I ordered the cheese steak and peppers. They serve chocolate chip bread cake before food arrives. It's a really special place.

One of today’s Specials was a Corned Beef Rubin with Chips, Pickle Deli Salad!! As a sandwich had a great time with the wife!!!

I ordered a turkey club and boneless wings and I was blown away by both lol..I love turkey clubs and that was the best turkey club I’ve had in a while! The boneless wings had the perfect flavor!!!
