Ray Wade East Texas Bbq - Troup

My husband called yesterday morning to order ribs for my surprise birthday dinner last night. I had mentioned the ribs Ray had made over the weekend and how wonderful they looked on a fb post! We didn’t know that ribs aren’t on the menu everyday. However, Ray and his staff went the extra mile and smoked ribs just for us. I can’t thank you enough! Not only was I surprised by the party, but I was very surprised to see ribs from Ray Wade’s sitting on the table!! Special shoutout to Tanya and Ray for going above and beyond to make my birthday special! The food was AMAZING as always!! They have excellent food and an exceptional staff, you can’t find better customer service!

Eating here is great. they are barely open and somewhat expensive for the amount of food they give. if she were a little more friendly with eating.

Great grill! They can cut the brisket with a fork, ripen are perfect. pinto be delicious. If you're close to troup, you have to get in!

My beautiful wifey took me to get my hair cut then we decided to get something to eat so we went to ray wade east texas bbq omg its the best place to go eat OMG ITS THE BEST THAT I EVER ATE BBGQ
