Comparable to other similar services. Nothing special. It's good, but not extraordinary.

It's become quite expensive, even more expensive than Dairy Queen! This time, in our whirlwind of flavors, we had way too many ingredients and not enough ice cream.

A woman loudly demanded a tip after just pouring sauce over my machine-served ice cream—she didn't even do it evenly. Instead of allowing me to select the tip amount privately on the screen, she made it very uncomfortable. Additionally, the sauce wasn’t even warmed as I requested, and the portions were quite small for the outrageous price she wanted me to pay. Honestly, Costco's soft serve is just as good, with larger portions, and they don’t expect a tip.
