How do you constantly send deliveries and not provide straws for your shakes and utensils for your blizzards. Horrible service. Never again.

Pre-ordered a cake for my son's birthday. I received confirmation and pick up emails from DQ, but when I went to pick it up it was not ready. The employees said my order went to junk mail, which I don't believe ?. So I had to rush around to find a cake last minute ?.

I’ve come to this location on two separate occasions and both times I’ve been treated like I didn’t exist. The staff lack common customer service skills and should really be talked to about this.If you’re going to treat me like that I will gladly take my business elsewhere.Truly disappointed.

Two times I’ve been in the last two weeks, first time after eating I was sick puking for half an hour afterwards, second time told not serving food anymore won’t be back.

Nice DQ, staff were nice, got our food fast and was very good overall
