Conny oficial???!!! Hello, I was with Kotter today and I got everything. The employees were very polite to the clientele, an employee just pulled out of her pulp, and the other one cleaned the slices. The customer was in a hurry and was therefore in common with the mut workers.

First of all, I would like to say that the girls from the town square are always polite and friendly. That alone would be 5* Aaaber, we gave up an order for a birthday cake. It should be a switch, and quite honestly....so I haven't seen such a sweet cake in my life. And then more than 90€ were collected. Tastefully, it was also the worst princess who ever had eaten, and I love cakes. The fondante was everything else and did NOT deserve the name. Steinhart and more plombscrews like any rubber bear. I'm really sorry, but you lost us as customers. My orders will in future run through others. The two stars are also just for trying to fulfill the order of a customer. Your Mike

Das neu eingestellte Personal ist unfreundlich, zudem haben sie mal keine Butter um eine Butterbrezel zu schmieren (bei der Bäckerei gegenüber war dies kein Problem) oder eine Stunde vor Ladenschluss kann kein Café mehr verkauft werden, da die Maschine bereits gereinigt wurde. Kommt einen so vor, als ob sie einfach nur zu faul wären.
