Subway - Tracy

The service here is consistently excellent. My online orders are always exactly right, without fail. I really appreciate being able to place my order on my phone as I leave work, stop by Subway on my way home, pick up my sandwich, and then head home. It's a quick and convenient way to enjoy some vegetables, as long as you don't go overboard on the extras!

I had the best customer service during my visit yesterday evening for chicken teriyaki. The lady who served us was fantastic. I will definitely be returning!

I really appreciate the customer service at this restaurant. I have been visiting this location for the past two years. After reading a review, I decided to see for myself whether the claims made were accurate or not. I disagree with certain points in that review. For instance, there is no employee named Rosita working here. Additionally, the restroom signs clearly indicate that public restrooms are unavailable, as stated in section 114120 of the California Uniform Retail Food Facilities Law. Everyone needs to comply with the law. I will continue visiting this Subway and encourage them to keep up the great work!
