Chipotle Mexican Grill - Towson

Chips are always forgotten and then i always have to do a separate second order just to get the missing items. Drinks are always forgotten as well.

I ordered a steak burrito with lettuce, cheese, and sour cream, but unfortunately, my burrito didn't have any of those toppings. In fact, there was no meat in the burrito at all.

One of the three tacos was completely laying on its side in the bowl. The shells of the other two tacos were stuck together and broke apart when I tried to lift one out of the bowl. The filling had a very bland taste, with no flavor at all, like eating an air sandwich. The chicken also tasted bland, as did the peppers and onions - there was little to no seasoning. However, on the positive side, the food was still warm and the tacos were filled to the brim with meat and toppings. Although usually the tacos are great, the ones I had today didn't even taste like they were from Chipotle. The delivery was on time and efficient.

I ordered a chicken burrito and was disappointed to find very little fajitas or chicken inside. The portion of toppings was extremely small, especially considering that I paid for it.
