Wayne & Adele's Garden of Eating

I love a menu where they want to try everything. the decision was to have a escape of four and a desert. the food was different, delicious and expertly prepared and presented. the garden is intimate and refreshing. I love that.

“Everyone can enjoy the first bit of their dish, but only a real cook can enjoy their last,” so this is the best way to describe our experience. every mouthful is exquisite, the attitude is idyllic and peaceful makes it difficult to...leave! we just wish we had found this jewel before. definitiw our favorite restaurant in townsville. many thanks to wayne and adele by brendan and so long.

From the greetings at the doorstep to the relaxing mood of the garden, this place feels like a retreat from the world! a place to relax and relax with friends and family. wayne and Adele’s garden of eating are owned and operated by. two very talented and enthusiastic hosts and after 27 years they still work so well in sync. the restaurant has a menu that is truly unique and not the usual restaurant price. menu is varied with signed quirky names for every delicious dish – it was so difficult to choose so that we could taste as many as possible for the entrée sizes and divided. the restaurant is also byo (other plus). we also have the Sunday lunch option in the past. quickly get in as we had to wait 3 weeks for a booking!

We had a wonderful time! the food was fresh and delicious, prepared with really good quaity products. we were made comfortable and very welcome. byo also that was great. look forward to coming back.

Had a birthday dinner at Wayne and Adele’s last night and as always the food and surroundings were lovely. It is the perfect place to linger over good food and good conversation. We have been going there for twenty years and have never been disappointed.
