Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

The food at this restaurant is similar to McDonald's. However, I had a terrible experience due to the way the Owner treated me when I walked my bike into the shop just before midnight. There were a group of younger teenagers loitering outside, so I did not ride my bike in. The shop was undergoing renovations, and the floor was filthy. I asked the worker at the counter if it was okay to bring my bike in, but then the owner, who was sitting in a bobcat, yelled at me from the other side of the shop in a disrespectful and unreasonable manner. His behavior was disgusting.

Altough I feel that managment here is more friendly that other macdonalds in australia, people always smile and take them time to listen to them

I took my two daughters, son-in-law, and grandson to this restaurant, and they all loved the food. It's great for kids because there aren't any super spicy dishes like at some other places I've tried.

North Ward McDonald's Townsville Drive thru. Ordered a large quarter pounder meal.. Got home and ate in front of the TV watching a movie. (So it was dark) took a bite out of my burger and realised something wasn't right.. Low and behold.. The meat...patty was red raw! And I'd already swallowed some! I called the store, and the lady told me I had to drive back and they'd replace or refund my meal. Didn't apologise.. Didn't care. May never eat McDonald's again! (Not that it would be a bad thing)

After having our car serviced nearby, we chose to have breakfast at this restaurant. The location is excellent and the staff were fantastic.
