C Bar on The Strand - Townsville

Very poor service we visited on a Saturday evening for pre dinner drinks.Poor service we had to wait for long periods to get served eventually asking for service. All staff did not smile once looking like they all did not want to be there. Such a shame as one of the best locations in Townsville. I wonder why every one looked as if uninterested in being there as it was early evening and not busy at all.

This cafe was recommended and it has the best coffee with great views of the water and Magnetic Island. Staff were very friendly and efficient, service very good. Definitely worth the visit. Lyn M ☕

I've eaten here, and the food was fine, but the main reason to go for me is the magnificent view of the various islands around Townsville, including Magnetic and Palm. Great place to have coffee and sit for hours. Townsville is windy, so if you want to sit outside, - and there's a large, attractive deck - bring something warm to throw on if necessary. Good selection of wine and other drinks at the bar.

Amazing location right on the waterfront about halfway down the Strand with great service & delicious food. I had the Halloumi & Beetroot Salad which was simply delicious. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I had to wait 15mins at the counter to pay. A venue this busy should consider getting a 2nd register to process payments. Would recommend to others when visiting Townsville

Have been here twice for lunch. First was excellent food and service. Second was disappointing food and service. So a bit hit and miss.
