Starbucks - Town of Vestal

Excellent drinks and food. I've become addicted to their Refreshers...so good!

Not good at all. Waited at the counter several minutes to finally have someone come out to wait on me. Ordered then went to take a seat. Table was dirty and gross so went to the bathroom to dampen some napkins to wash table down. The bathroom was horrendous. Feces all over the toilet and smelled awful. Went to the other bathroom to get water on the napkin. Met with my co-workers for about 15-minutes to have one of the employees come over and tell us the lobby was closing an hour early. So we essentially went there for nothing as we had to find somewhere else to go meet. I definitely do not plan on returning.

Ordered a mobile pickup, which told me pickup would be ready approximately 3-5 minutes later. Got to the window just as it hit the pickup time, and was lectured about not submitting a mobile order two minutes prior and them needing 5-10 minutes of time for a mobile order.O..kay? Why didn 't the mobile app tell me that? I 'm happy to wait, but don 't understand why I got a schpiel. I literally just didn 't know and felt like I was being scolded at a drive thru.Disregarding all of that, they had my drink when I got to the window and my pastry moments later. I ordered a strawberry acai refresher with a strawberry scoop and got literally 3 strawberries, so that 's disappointing, but...whatever.Could have been a okay, we 're still working on it (despite the fact the drink was done) and no problem. I was just abiding by the pickup time on the app, picking up via the drive thru as I had ordered, and didn 't appreciate the random lecture for doing what I was supposed to.

It was super busy when we stopped during post-holiday travel, but the sweet barista was so kind! I didn’t catch her name-but she told me she had a huge order of several hot white mochas and that our order was up next! It’s rare to find a friendly smiling SB barista these days—-loved my experience despite the crowd inside! The drive-thru line had at least 15 cars wrapped outside too.

The refreshers are always a tasty recharge. And the workers were quick
