Chipotle Mexican Grill - Town of Vestal

Took over an hour to get our food and currently waiting over 30 minutes for our order

This location is horrible, they are out of stock of stuff all the time, the workers are rude when asking if they have anything. Definitely do not recommend this location

Disgusting. Huge piece of hair in my food. Rice wasn’t cooked in my husband’s order

I thought there couldn't be a worse chipotle than the one in Ithaca but somehow this one is WAY worse. It's never open to order inside, the tables, floors and beverage area are always trashed, and when you are lucky enough to catch them open it takes 30-45 minutes to be served if theres 4-5 people in front of you. This place won't last unless something miraculous happens.

Desperate need of more staff... drove an hour and half for chipotle to have to wait another 30 minutes to eat because they only accept online orders. Crazy to me. Better off going to Johnson City location.
