Bad customer service, the lady that took my money was not friendly, no courtesy at all. She wouldn 't take my order at the register, she said you have to use the kiosk and I said to her I do not like using the kiosk, all these people are touching it with their dirty hands, ugh..!! The hash brown was cold and when I asked for milk for my coffee she tried to lecture me about asking for it at the kiosk, she made me feel like I was bothering her, the seating area and tables were dirty, ugh..!!
