Starbucks - Torrance

I was searching for a pair of Doc Martens and noticed that not many stores in the South Bay carry them. I heard that Journeys had the best selection, so I decided to pay a visit. It had been a long time since I last went to the mall, but the staff at Journeys were absolutely amazing. They not only had great knowledge about the shoes I was interested in, but they also went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fit, even as the store was getting ready to close. I could see they were eager to wrap up for the day, yet they still provided outstanding service. In the end, I walked away with my new shoes and couldn't be happier. Honestly, the employees at Journeys were probably the friendliest in the entire mall!

Carla was extremely helpful and friendly! The customer service was excellent! Although I didn't catch the name of the other woman, I had a lovely conversation with her while I was paying, and she was also very relaxed and pleasant. The atmosphere was wonderful, contributing to a truly enjoyable experience overall!

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Carla for her outstanding phone service! I called to inquire about a pair of shoes I was interested in, and our entire conversation was full of positive vibes. I'm even more excited about the shoes now!

The actual vans store doesn’t have the styles i’ve been wanting only for sizes 3.5 and up, i’m a size 3 which is still a lil big but i like my shoes a half size bigger, they should have all their shoes in all sizes because some people’s feet stop growing quick like mine for an example. this place has so many good shoes for my size! also the vans store the shoes would be like $65 here it was $45 !! love you journeys
