Red Fort - Torrance

All dishes were authentic and well prepared. The food here is absolutely delicious. It is not rustic looking as the original monument in Old Delhi, yet the ambiance and staff were very inviting. The restaurant is large with red suede banquettes and white accents. Tables have crisp white linen tablecloths along with red serviettes. We sat at a round table that was excellent for conversation. The brunch came with a beverage of our choice, either a soft drink or mango lassi. A double sided buffet spread contained many Indian classic dishes. Goat curry, Chicken tikka Masala, Saag Paneer, Tandoori Chicken were some of the few dishes along with a variety of vegetable dishes, dal’s and Basmati rice. Chutney accompanied pakoras and bhajias. Fresh fruit and kheer made desert. We were also offered our choice of garlic or plain naan.
