04 06 2023 "Take Your Wife to Work Day "We had to stop by here for steamed char siu bao (manapua siopao) and sesame balls. Luckily, it is a weekday, and there was parking in the lot, and no line when we arrived. We picked up a dozen steamed char siu bao and four sesame balls for hubby. I also ordered one teriyaki chicken bao and one peking duck bao (to try). They had a table out front where you ordered off of their menu item lists and gave that to the employee. They asked more than once if you wanted anything else (like dim sum, or cooked food). Definitely pushing the sell but not too hard. Small inside area with minimal seating but outdoor seating is available. This is still our go to for char siu bao, even if it 's a drive to get to. Hubby definitely picks up from here when he 's in the area. Plate lunch and Chinese food available for meals. Catering is also available for big parties or gatherings.
Best roasted duck and roasted pork in Carson area. They have bakery inside the restaurant too. I love their malasada donuts!
Food was good, service was also good! The bbq pork was amazing! Only con was for price.
