Swiss Chalet Rotisserie Grill - Toronto

Spent over 27 dollars on a meal, chicken sandwich, salad and baked potatoes. I asked for mayonnaise to go with my sandwich and they wanted to charge me 79 cent because it wasn't a Harvey's order...ridiculous!!!

Celebrated a birthday, food was lovely, service was excellent. The server, whose name, I regret to say, I forgot. His timing was perfect for a relaxed meal and time to chat. Thank you so much to the entire staff that worked on Saturday, November 4th, 2023. You did a great job. Oh, and we didn't mention that it was a birthday, so staff would not have known. Our friend didn't want a fuss.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant on a Wednesday night. The food was outstanding and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend trying their quesadillas!

This is the location to avoid. Long wait times whether you’re dining in or take out. I ordered lunch and waited 25 minutes while the surly person at the counter couldn’t tell me how much longer a fast food order would take. When I finally got my food, she shrugged and said they were short staffed. No apologies, nothing comped in fact she forgot to put in utensils! I was the only customer at takeout. Nope, never again.

As I was the only one there it didn 't seem to make any sense. After 25 min I got my order no apologies, nothing comp 'd. I didn 't even get utensils neither.
