My boyfriend and I were craving biscuits and gravy this morning, so we decided to stop by Kate's Kitchen since it was nearby.

I have eaten in many shawarma places in GTA, but this is by far my favourite for a beef wrap, since it is consistently good. Every time I order it, it tastes the same and I love the spiciness! Also, they now have their Daily Specials, including 2 regular shawarmas for $9.99 which is a steal! Yes, they don't chat much, but that has probably more to do with a language barrier than anything else. They are always smiling and polite, so I like the service!

Went there based on reviews and in hopes to find "the best" shawarma.Ended up with great disappointment. I ordered mixed meat shawarma pita, they only have either chicken or beef, so she shaved off not even an once of beef then a bit of chicken. Small round pita pocket was filled with shredded lettuce couple of pieces of barely red tomato, onion, parsley, teaspoon of tahini drizzled over, then topped with that bit of meat and wrapped up. So this bland tasting wrap cost $10!! Cash or Debit only!Will not return here... my husband and I were the only two people in the restaurant and we wondered why there's no one, maybe because it is not that great!

Best chicken plate in the city. Freshly carved, tahini and hot sauce is great, cinnamon rice is flavourful, and side salads are always fresh. I highly recommend this place, and eat there whenever I'm in the City.
