Kelly, our server was fantastic! She was so friendly, smiling and offered the best service we had in a restaurant for a long time!

We had a GREAT evening. We organized the 13th birthday of our daughter there. You and 8 close friends had an explosion, helped by the strong combination of great food and great service. Ryan! R was the server on the table of our daughter and, despite several requests for... Beverages and dinner specialties, he led them through the evening with a smile and good cheer. Strongly recommended for service and food.

I went to Joey Sherway for a mini school reunification/birth day on 30. December, where we were all dressed and greeted with champagne at the door. The manager came by, I forgot her name (Katherine? and told us she would send free champagne for... the birthday. When I was with Joey for the first time, I told my kids what a great experience it was and the food was great! We decided to go to the next home at Yorkdale location on 1 January. All at the door were greeted with champagne EXCEPT US! Two of my children are old and one was not. They asked us when we reserved ourselves. The lady who came after us with her teenage son received champagne and of course her son was not so that this could not be why we were not served. The young man who served the champagne, however, seemed to me to be busy so that he didn't have to come to us, it seemed. When we finally sat, I asked the server how the champagne is distributed on arrival and she said she didn't know it and maybe it was because I was with my children (22,20,17). She apologized and brought me a glass of champagne and not for my two daughters. Apparently, our waitress told the champagne server that I asked how to distribute the champagne when he made it to a point to get on our table and remove our empty glass while serving champagne at the table, next to us shake their hands and say they are like VIP. Very offensive, but I didn't ask for a manager because my kids were with me and I'm sure they were embarrassed. The food was not near Sherway's location and they didn't have the Ribeye Steak Sherway that the kids wanted. The steak we ordered was moderate, but it was well overcooked by medium. We will not return to this lively place that judges you according to your appearance and management does not seem to be seen or take care of customer service.

For no reason, a surcharge was added for a drink. Garlic bread for $8 dollars we couldn't even take a bite. Taste was not good. It was like a bread that was cut into 2 houses. Spagetti for $23 50 was cold as arrived... Espresso martini was terrible taste. We had Italian friend with us, that was his comment. Overall not worth the money. DISAPPOINTED. Account was $251 contains tip.

Hasina was fantastic throughout our entire dining experience! She was attentive, welcoming, and so sweet. We will definitely be asking for Hasina the next time we come back. She is a valuable member of the Joey's team. Thank you, Hasina, for making our night special. I hope her supervisor, Dan, recognizes her hard work and dedication!
