Harvey's - Toronto

We are frequent customers at this particular location and for the first time used the digital coupon and ordered by mistake. Instead of getting two veggie burgers, one turned out to be a flame-grilled original. As we picked up our orders, I asked the cashier what is a flame-grilled burger, and he responded that it contained beef. As a vegan, I don't eat meat and immediately told him I don't eat meat. Surprisingly, he said he didn't either but the shocking thing is he didn't offer me the option of changing it to another veggie burger. Not wanting to be rude, I went to my table, ate the onion rings, and drank my chocolate milk. I thought to myself, I paid for this with my hard earned money and deserved to enjoy a proper good meal so after awhile I went back and asked the cashier if I could change this beef burger to a veggie burger and reminded him again that I don't eat meat. He immediately replied no sorry and left me upset. It was a bit shocking to me because we are frequent customers at this location, and this person has served us several times! I was very upset and told him to throw it in the garbage then because what can I do with it? To make matters worse, he didn't want to throw it and told me to throw it myself and pointed to the trash bin at the very back of where we sat. I just went back to my table and left it there. The sandwich looks horrible! Don't think we'll ever come back to another Harvey restaurant again.

Was so looking forward to this. But it was nowhere close compared to South St. and Priest.Verdict: Skippable

They ran out of fries and didn’t even attempt to compensate. They say Harvey’s makes your hamburger a beautiful thing but this cold stale burger was anything but beautiful with their lack of fries.They can keep their change cause this location won’t be keeping my business.

I really enjoy the milkshakes but apparently the machine is going to be replaced because it is broken ?

Slow fast food. 3 workers active when I visited; 1 on cash, 1 in cold station, and 1 working the hot foods. Ordered food for pick up and my food must have been sitting in the heater for approximately 15 minutes before being attended to, and after about 7 additional people had their orders fulfilled. It wouldn’t have been such a long wait if the workers were moving, but they often just stood there waiting for who knows what.
