I visited Toronto this past weekend and my friend took her mother to this restaurant to join us for Dim Sum. Her mother is in a wheel chair and the elevator was under repair. The restaurant manager and four waiters offered to bring her mother up (in her wheelchair) so she could enjoy a delicious lunch and visit with us. Then they carried her down in her wheelchair. There 4 flights of stairs up and then down. I called this exceptional service!
