During the COVID-19 pandemic, Evergreen Brick Works doesn't have many HappyCow restaurants nearby. Guests may need to leave the park to find a good vegan restaurant. I was very hungry and pleased to find this café offering a few but tasty vegan options. I ordered the Herbivore burger and an icy drink. I was impressed that the burger didn't just have a generic vegan patty, but included a variety of delicious ingredients. The presentation was great, and it was evident that they put effort into creating an interesting and flavorful burger.

The ingredients were indeed fresh! The Tartine was like an open sandwich.
