241 Pizza - Toronto

I just placed an order on UberEats, few minutes later got a message from the app stated that my order has been cancelled because the restaurant “received my cancellation call”.I’ve never called them to cancel my order! What a lie!If there is something wrong with the order, why not calling the customer to speak to them about it? Instead, lying about me calling to cancel the order then proceeded to cancel my order on the app!I had to speak to UberEats to get my refund for the food and the tip for delivery (which never happened)! What a terrible experience!

Their pizza comes late 45 minutes late...cold. and no customer care, if I were you I would do myself a favor and find somewhere their care about customers

If y order online you are getting cold pizza. They state their delivery is in half hour but it takes them like an hour and 15 minutes. 2 km from here. Same road. Cold food. And then when you call them they say it's not their problem. Also the store won't answer the phone directly so they won't do customer care. If you want to have a good dinner I tell you choose another location

Hey people please dont order anything from 241 pizza because this is fraud store they do spam with the people which is happened with me today .today i had ordered one pizza on uber eats from 241 pizza store . and this pizza store asked me about the delivery that store is gonna provide delivery person i said okay and then they gave me a 35 minute wait and did wait after that they exceeded the waiting time to an hourand aftet an hour they just notified me that it’s delivered when i checked there was no pizza and i called the store at least 50 times but they didn’t answerd my call even uber eats called the store and they were not picking they didn’t gave me any navigation or picture that where they dropped off my order and uber eats also didn’t give me refundsoo dont order anything from this storefraud store
