This morning, I visited Plate One's downtown location for breakfast. I ordered the Vegan Blast and a Vegan Breakfast wrap, opting for tofu instead of eggs and choosing vegan cheese. The Vegan Coffee Blast was a refreshing Frozen Drink made with Coffee, Almond Milk, Soy Protein, Dry Peanut Butter, and Banana. It was my first time dining at Plate One, and I was pleased to find a variety of delicious vegan options. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was laid-back and inviting. Overall, a great experience at Plate One!

I absolutely love Plate One. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable, with modern and sleek decor. The location is convenient and the staff is friendly and attentive. I tried the Plum Oolong Tea and Matcha Frappe, along with the Turkey Wrap and Chicken Panini. For dessert, I had the Pistachio and Chocolate Muffin. It's been a while since I finished everything on my plate. The prices are reasonable. Thank you Plate One, my new favorite spot. I look forward to trying the new menu items in 2023. The only downside was the new cashier lacking in friendliness and manners. It would be nice to have a more welcoming greeting.

Cute place with good coffee and delicious sandwiches. I work around the corner and have started coming here every week. The service is always friendly. Nice atmosphere to sit and people watch.
