I ordered rib tips but received breadsticks instead. When I called to resolve the issue, they yelled at me and hung up instead of trying to fix it. I also had a rude experience when I visited in person last month. To top it off, the delivery driver kept my change as a tip, even though I had already tipped him a few weeks ago. It's been really frustrating.

I ordered a New York-style pizza, but when it was delivered, it looked like it had been dropped. The crust was just the same as a hand-tossed pizza. To top it off, my order for a regular Coke was incorrect. I tried calling to address the issue but was put on hold and then disconnected. After that, I only got a busy signal. I won't be ordering from there again.

I usually choose this restaurant for the dessert pizza, but I’ve been disappointed lately. It’s different each time I visit, and this time there was no icing on it at all, which made me quite sad. Additionally, the overcooked bread wasn’t very enjoyable either.

I called to place a pick up order and the man who answered told me to hold on he set the phone down and never returned (was on hold over 4 minutes) I ended up driving to the store to place my order and when I told the woman at the counter about my experience on the phone she somewhat caught an attitude and said so do you want to place an order? Like no I drove here just to complain and go back home of course I do. Your workers need some training in phone etiquette and customer service

I am here on a business trip. The pizza was great, but our wings we order was so old and stale. It put me in mind of left over fried chicken wings warmed up in the microwave.
