Shed - Tofino

Many great GF options. Dedicated Fritte for Fritten. Server was knowledgeable, great place for a simple meal.

Very competent staff when it comes to gluten-free. I had the Herdburger with the gluten-free bungalow. You have your own fryer so I was able to enjoy the delicious French fries

Not all GF elements marked in the menu. I had the Shed Burger and Pommes. Delicious!!! They have a dedicated frit and gf rolls or salad pack. Staff very knowledge of Celiac. Small menu, but many options. Would go back there.

Have some options. Say they have their own frit. I stuff with an Ahi Tuna bowl to minimize cc.

Food was good. I got the burger with a lettuce wrap (they were out of gf buns) and the Cesar salad without croutons. They have a very convenient take out window on the side of the restaurant. Staff knew what I could and could not have.
