First thing first you will love the tea here. Must try if you happen to stop by at Tiptur or travelling on a Bengaluru Shivamogga highway and want to have a quick bite refreshments. Even the snacks and lunch that we had here was delicious. The restaurant has a great ambience with separate hall for a serviced dine and even a separate storey hall for business meet and dine. The staff working there were courteous. I also had a one night stay here in the hotel room the room was clean, had a decent ambience and an air conditioning facility. However, the room was not equipped with basic facilities such as towel, soap etc. beforehand, and I had to call the owner repeatedly to make the required stuff available. Also the dial in phone facility was not working. Despite lacking all this, they charged some handsome amount for a night stay which was definitely not a worth. They certainly need some work on to make it better and a customer friendly stay.
