Chino International - Tinajo

This family run restaurant has been here for over 15 years and has a reputation locally. Little did we know, we ordered too much food on the first visit. We had a quarter duck, believe it or not the pancakes were home made, crated that day! How’s that?! Lemon chicken was agai; delightfully done with home made batter, light and crispy and my partner had Foo Young and chips. Both amazing. The second night, I stupidly listened to my partner who said we had too much food [which was true] we had the special prawns and special fried rice and salt and pepper chips and Happy Family. It was all very good but our choices did not reflect the home made aspects and qualities of the chef. I loved the soggy chips that the salt and pepper sauce caused, but if you want crispy ask for plain chips!! So make sure your choices count and go for the dishes that reflect the care and home made efforts the chef invests in their dishes. The second night, We had the house wine that was very good. Enjoy. Great service and tasty food but the prices are so reasonable. Generous portions if you are hungry but you could easily share a main course too. Excellent selection of dishes. Friendly service.

I love eating the local food but sometimes you really just fancy a good Chinese and that's exactly what you get here. The staff are friendly, the food is good and the prices reasonable, what more can you ask for.
