Yifang Taiwan Fruit Tea - Tigard

Almost there entire menu was unavailable and it's been this way for a while now. They also were closed for around an hour at 5pm? Three of the coworkers just sitting on the counter and chatting... No one seems to be managing the place and not maintaining their standards.

I don't know what happened to this place. All their fruit teas were sold out. There was nothing that didn't have any caffeine. The guy said he couldn't make my drink with boba on the side. It's a mess! There's also a guy making boba with a tank top on and you can see his hairy armpits

This location is an insult to the world famous Yi Fang Brand. They made our drink wrong the first time, wrong sugar level and ice and after a 10 min wait they made a second mistake and the drink wasn't even cold. I've tried Yi Fang in Vancouver and Taiwan and this is not even close to their standards. I complained and they don't answer their Dm or emails either

I ordered the Brown Sugar Pearl Matcha Latte. I've only had the traditional brown sugar boba before and to see the matcha option, it was pretty good. The boba was chewy and the drink was a perfect sweetness.

The drink itself was great but every time I come here they are out of everything!! One time in particular I asked for a recommendation and the guy said, “I recommend you come back tomorrow, we’re out of pretty much everything.” I totally understand that this is something they can’t control but at least help me find something that I might like or value me as a customer of your product. It just felt insensitive that he turned me away.
