Contribuiți la feedbackTonight was our first time trying pizza from here. I'm so impressed with them. We ordered delivery. The pizza arrived early and was warm. It was delicious too! Some of the best pizza I have found in the Thornton/Northglenn Area. Definitely will be back for more. I also appreciated that the delivery driver knocked, had a mask on and kept distance when exchanging the pizza. Great job!
Did you ever see one of those Santa Claus slasher movies like Christmas Evil? Well, this Garlic Knot has an evil-Santa look-alike, presumably the manager, whom you get to hear shrieking hostility at the young staff, complete with screaming f-bombs, as you place your order and serve yourself a fountain drink. If you tiptoe through the clutter back to the restrooms you might catch a glimpse of a young employee standing still in the corner with closed eyes, trying to self-soothe after enduring the barrage of pure animal aggression from evil Santa. There is a small sign posted on the front door and if you read the fine print you 'll see that they are only offering to-go orders now, which may explain why my young child and I sat at one of their outdoor tables for half an hour waiting in vain for them to bring out our order. I finally went back in and got it myself, and sweet talked them into giving me a plastic fork. The food was OK.
We enjoyed our pizza, 4 stars because it didn't knock our socks off. Since moving to Thornton, I had a hard time finding a good NY style pizza spot. I'll definitely order from The Garlic Knot again. We ordered garlic knots, the dodger sausage and the San gennaro chicken.
Waste of money and time. This is the worst location I've ever ordered from. Tonight I ordered a large pizza and 10 hot wings for a movie night with my son. I ordered through the Slice App. Although the order arrived earlier than expected, the pizza was poorly prepared, large bubbles throughout, uneven cheese leaving burnt sauce spots. The crust was hard and chewy like jerky. The wings appeared delicious, not so fast, first bite I immediately could tell it was undercooked because of the chewy rubbery feeling, I immediately spit it out. Confirmed by cutting the others open and found the raw light pink chicken meat undercooked in all of them. I immediately contacted Slice with these complaints, they in turn contacted them about the issue. They finally responded back saying they authorized Slice to refund me 10% of the order total. A whole $2.83. Woohoo....(slow clap...thanks for the possible salmonella... Needless to say I won't be ordering from this location ever again, and if they read this they can keep the $2.83, clearly you need it more than me. Hire someone that can actually cook, with it.
We ordered online last weekend and 30 minutes later I thought to call and just make sure they received the e order. Glad I did, when I called the guy I spoke with said he didn 't see anything under that name. After a few minutes he told me it was on the way. Well 45 minutes later, I decided to call again. I told him I know for a fact I don 't live 45 minutes away from the location. He said oh I know what happened, your order was delivered to a different address . No apology nothing. Horrible place
