Starbucks - Thornton

Came in at 5 am one of the worker there had an attitude just cause I had a request to the order I made and I am standing there lookin around to make it obvious I am the only customer in the building… i rather take my business somewhere else and not come back to this location cause I don’t deserve to be treated the way this POS did to me!

Great place to get a cup of Joe and a bagel/sweet roll. You can plug in and take advantage of the free wifi! Pretty quietWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp in parking lot. Store is wheelchair accessible.

Whoever is working the window today needs a lesson on basic customer service or actually etiquete. I had to park my car and write this review. Who is hiring?

Service was very rude, they messed up my order and also didn’t give me a red cup on red cup day because apparently my peppermint drink didn’t qualify..

This place consistently messes up our orders. I’ve been here a handful of times and the staff here is so different than any other Starbucks I’ve been to. They aren’t friendly and the manager is rude. I thought it was a fluke because it’s new, but every time I’ve been back it’s the same issues. I’m always reminded why I avoid this Starbucks when there's many stellar Starbucks right around the corner.
