Simply Overcharged and missing items. They really hire anyone don’t they?

Just horrible!! Can’t get a simple order right!! Morning crew sucks!! White lady I’m drive up is rude and they make your drinks how they want. Never how you order it! They afternoon crew should go to days. Much better than the day shift. Just a shame have to throw a coffee out on my way to work.

I expect better. My breakfast wrap was so bad I wouldn't feed it to a dog. I expect better from Dunkin Donuts. This is Unacceptable!!?

Reckless customer service. Probably donuts are spoiled, hard like biscuits and tasted really bad… ordered assorted box and half of them are just sugar ones… utterly disappointed.
